Refund And Cancellation Policy

We focus on complete customer satisfaction. If by any means, you are displeased with the services we provide, we will refund back your money, provided that the reason behind it is genuine and it is proved after the investigation takes place.

In case the patient is dissatisfied with the services we provide, they are free to cancel their diagnostics and request a refund from us on genuine and proven grounds. Our cancellation policy will be as follows:


Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via the “contact us” link.

Requests received for cancellations later than 12 hours before the end of the current service period will automatically be treated as “Cancellation of Services” for the next service period


Refund Policy

We have always treated our patients in the best possible manner. Refund policy will not be applicable if a refund is demanded after the consultation is booked. If the cancellation is done before the mentioned hours of cancellation period, then shall the refund policy be applicable.

If the patient has paid via the credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card that was provided to us at the time of payment and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
